Update to ESF GSA Resolution

Last semester the GSA submitted a resolution urging the ESF administration to take the lack of child care seriously. It was immediately followed up by resolutions of support from two other clubs on the ESF campus.

I recently received communication that ESF is taking the first steps to identify where a facility can be built and working with the NY Department of State to navigate the bidding and training process. Essentially - it seems like someone may be doing something.
